Dave’s Electric has had no lost time injuries for over 5 years. Our emphasis on safety is a corporate policy without compromise. Upon hire, all field staff are given a safety briefing and overall synopsis of our safety program, as well as the resources to follow the policy.

All Dave’s Electric employees have OSHA 10 training, and certified training in NFPA 70E Arc Flash Safety . Dave’s Electric publishes and distributes a weekly safety newsletter with refreshers on common safety issues. We also hold mandatory twice-yearly safety meetings with a representative from Federated insurance, and offer a yearly safety bonus incentive for employees.
